South Boulder Creek

A train tunnels through the mountains here, a creek tumbles down on the surface, and a trail meanders up the valley;
we didn't attempt the steep climb to the lakes above, but were well pleased with the aspens' autumn blaze and the amazing amount of water
still percolating out of the alpine reaches of the watershed even well into September.
