Natchez Trace National Parkway

On a rainy, chilly afternoon in October, we enjoyed driving through the park and reading signage at a visitor kiosk
near the remains of an indigenous (Chickasaw) settlement. Not all the signs had withstood time and weather
as hardily as the countryside itself, but we captured a few. We were unable to enjoy the Visitor Center because our government was shut down.
