This yucca outside the restroom at Brantley Lake State Park was our first official introduction to the plants of the Chihuahuan Desert
beyond the ubiquitous creosote bush. We're not sure which yucca this is (possibly Soaptree?), but found it statuesque and inviting of portraiture nonetheless.
