Rhus trilobata(Torr.&A.Gray.)A.Gray is more often seen called skunkbush sumac than lemonade sumac,
but remembering it by the latter name may help bring to mind a useful feature. It is the red fruits in the fall
that may be steeped to produce a refreshing pink beverage.
