We kept to the "old town" harbor area, not visiting much of the rest of Florence because we were mostly on foot because of a car part being ordered and it was raining during both our visits. We'll have to plan better another time. Still, we enjoyed walking in the area, up and down the river, during high and low tides, talking nonstop, shopping, and eating out.
