As soon as Colin saw this ridge he was off like a shot!! I took photo's of him from way down below and then determined that I'd climb it too! The path was treacherously steep, narrow and slippery, and my sandals were hardly appropriate climbing gear. Furthermore, every time I reached for a clump of grass to steady myself, I grabbed hold of some prickly plant or other! Getting up there was one thing, getting down was quite another!

Still, I got some good shots of the amazing scene below us ~ and saw a few griffon vultures and golden eagles to boot!
