Early light at 'dragon's teeth', Abbotsbury (3516)

The Fleet, Abbotsbury, Dorset

These so-called 'Dragon's teeth' are anti-tank obstacles placed in double rows across Chesil Beach in 1940 to hinder an invasion if it came. The concrete cubes are 3½ feet high and 4 feet apart and presented a formidable barrier to any invader!
