The trip starts with a 90 minute flight from Guayaquil, Ecuador to the
small island of Baltra in the Galapagos archipelago. This week-long trip
starts at Saturday noon and ends the following Saturday morning giving
the crew of our ship 2 hours to prepare for the next wave of visitors.

Baltra is a small arid island with the first airport in the Galapagos,
a remnant of a U.S. airbase from World War II. Once landed, we
bus to the harbor and transfer to our waiting ship.
