Tonlé Sap is a strange body of water. During the summer wet season, the lake
expands and becomes the largest freshwater lake in South East Asia. For the
remainder of the year, the river changes direction and becomes much smaller.
As a result, homes along this water are built high off the ground to stay dry.
These boats also lead a strange tour. There are floating fishing villages
along the lake and as we pass by, you can see into their meager homes.
