Time to freeze several zip lock bags for the coming months, Winter et all ... it freezes really well and simply unthaw when you want a pie, shortcake or whatever ... Also it's that time to make strawberry jams. This year, they seem to be extra sweet and juicy ... all grown locally, a good year for strawberries.
