Taken last year, photos of me are EXTREMELLY rare, passport, driving licence, medical card and that's about it! I prefer this side of the camera!
When you have to live for months on end at MINUS 15-30 Celsius, you gotta dress for it. The hat, well, I chose one made of rat's skin, what we call a muskrat actually, they're like a very small beaver with no tail! (taken by trappers who spend their winter trapping, exactly like they did 200-300 years ago, all manual, ecologic, very far from mass production!). They dye it black to make it look like expensive mink! The sides are tied on top and if untied, I can cover my antenas (ears!), the collar can be tied so that only my eyes are out in the open! All that is very common around here, well, the fur hat not so much! LOL
The Canadian flag on my lapel says I'm Canadian, and the Fleur de Lys says I'm French-Canadian.
