Theses are men in drag performing a comedy skit.
They were very proficient in the art and very funny too.
They went on for at least an hour and had the crowd in histerics. All in Balinese of course.
Much of the skit had to do with parody of various Bali villages and the comparisons of their local slang languages -- like the differences in our east coast & west coast speak...
