It's my home town airport, Lindberg Field in San Diego.
I positioned myself in the Laurel street parking structure to capture this interesting perspective of the airliners on their final approach. Standing on the street corner, some say it looks like you could toss a tennis ball up and hit the belly of the airliners. I've landed here many many times and it's not as hairy as it looks. But I've always wanted to capture this perspective because I thought it would look interesting. And I just purchased a great Canon 16-35mm L lens that I thought would do the job.
