African Daisy with Bottle Fly

Shot hand held with a Tokina fish-eye lens.
(I like that lens a lot.)

Image received Honorable Mention in the 2009 San Diego County Fair (Delmar Fair).
Said to be the largest photography contest in the state.
Felt increadibly lucky to have 6 of my 7 submitted images accepted for judging & display.
Half of those received honorable mentions.
