I love to watch the quail walk across the block wall in my backyard but they are so hard to get a pic. of. As soon as they here the slider open they are gone!

Is that what you would describe as a rubber-necking Gambles Quail? lol Cute shot!
When we first moved to Stony Brook, on Long Island, we had quail walking across our backyard, but as the area got built up they disappeared. It's wonderful to have access to all these marvelous creatures that you've "shot", isn't it?
