My previous visits to Artesia were in the years 2005 and 2006. I visited Artesia again in 2017 and found many new interesting attractions to visit.
One was the Cattle Drive Series of Sculptures which was designed to represent and honor the ranching industry in southeastern New Mexico
that began in the late 1800s and was significant to the development of Artesia.
