1st August, A mid week escape to Devons coast, Saunton, Croyde, Putts. It was amazing. Saunton was rough with lots of push, Croyde was huge, 10 ft monsters curling up near baggys lodge, Who ever that was out surfing was amazing, ended up at Putts, it was perfect, set after set rolling in, 6 ft strong. again some very good surfers out, Putts is so beautifull with green waves breaking into white wash.
Images taken on my FujiFilm bridge camera, I'm gona need a better camera. images loose clarity on zoom, normally found with digital zoom but this is with optical 30x. Also lens shield would be ideal for coast work, fighting a battle of keeping the lens clear.
