It was winter in the Whites. There was not a lot of snow but it coated the trees and was icy underfoot. The
Gorby's(Canadian Jays) came out to greet us and always provide entertainment for those of us amused by simple things, like birds eating out of your hand. Mt Washington was in the clear on the drive over, but we never emerged from the low clouds on the ridge.
