Moxiestock is an annual lakeside retreat for moacers hosted by John and Lisa Gallagher.
Good weather allowed for multi-sporting. First was the 5 am call by John for a sunrise paddle. Following was a mountain bike ride including a brisk swim in a small waterfall pool. After a break for lunch and swim in the lake, we then headed out to hike Moxie Bald. Our hike was cut short due to logging equipment blocking the road access, so we picked an alternate route not quite reaching the summit. Some enjoyed just lounging around the lake. Sunday's main event was whitewater. Good food, good friends, good times.
