I traveled to the north central border of Wyoming, just a few miles from Montana, to the Buckhorn National Recreation Area. This area has wild mustang horses. They free range so very hard to find over a huge area. This horse is a great example, note the zebra striping on the lower legs. Most have many scars from battle. They are hard to get near for a detailed image.
