The Inter-Departmental Vegetation Firefighting cum Mountain Rescue Exercise "High Junk" is held on 22/09/2005, starting from 1007. The venue is at High Junk Peak, Sai Kung. It stimulates a vegetation fire incident in country park area, causing 30 injuries.

Responding to the incident, Fire Services (FSD), Police, Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD), CAS and Auxiliary Medical Service (AMS) hurry to the site and carrying rescue operations. One mobile medical team from Tseung Kwan O Hospital Accident and Emergency Department (TKOH A&E) also deploys for providing on-site primary treatment. Moreover, Government Flying Service (GFS) carries air-winching operation and CAS Mountain Search and Rescue Companies (MSarC) carries mountain SAR operation.

The exercise ended at 13:00.
