Rainbow Trout

Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado

A rainbow trout seems to hang in space in the crystal clear waters of The Loch. A polarizer filter removed surface reflections to give the illusion.

Wow, I have always heard mention of rainbow trout (and probably have eaten them) but I have never seen a photo. They are beautiful! Great capture.
