I'm not really thrilled with this as I let the eyes go out of sharp focus. Oh well.

I am overwhelmed by the quality of the image. The smoothness of the skin, sharp detail of each strand of hair, etc. All of this confirms what one reviewer said about the D3. He said it has the resolution, sharpness and quality of Kodachrome. Now that is saying something!

Maybe the eyes aren't in perfect focus, but the lighting is sure good!
