As you may notice if you check the exif data, this shot was taken after dark and was shot at f2.8 for 6 seconds at ISO 200. The "cool blue" tint was, to my eye, black and gray.

Boy, that blue sky sure does create a moody color cast. I can see why some people might be scared to tread there. :)
