This lens, a gift from a family estate, was initially released in 1982 and was provided as an economical alternative to the Nikkor 80-200mm f4.
It includes a macrofocus adjustment that allows focus down to 1.8ft (at 70mm). It does not include a meter prong for older Nikon cameras.
