Nice photo. I too am amazed at how you managed to get such good clarity on a plane at a 2.5 sec shutter speed. Thank you for sharing about the Tefillin, my first exposure to this ritual.

I haven't used, or seen anyone using phylacteries for many years. My grandparents were Orthodox and I was much more devout as a young man. Great image. 2 seconds!? You are way more steady than I am.
