"Choose your dojo. Choose your crowd. Choose double weave over single. Choose hundreds of thousands of breakfalls and bruises. Choose strains, sprains, fractures, tears. Choose broken noses and bloody lips. Choose running and sweating and dropping that extra couple pounds. Choose your weight class. Choose chokes. Choose to push yourself further than you know you can. Choose silencing the voice in the back of your mind that says you'll never make it. Choose agony and sacrifice. Choose to be an athlete. Choose a champion. Choose yourself." K2
