No need for a Phase I . . . Move right on to the next stage. You'd think the next door neighbors might complain.

Sort of looks like Toronto did while we visited there a month ago (in the third week of city workers strike)

I'm guessing they're not in the running for the Neighbor of the Year award. . . .

There is more than came rfom two or three loads here. I don't know what the situation re cleaning up is in US, but in UK, I contact or local city council for removal.
Mr Guest, I don't know who you are hiding behind anonimity, but, please be brave and show yourself

Who is this guest and what's his beef? We put who in charge if this mess? Someone needs to get a life. Looks like he is trying to make a political statement out of it. Poor misguided soul.
Guest 01-Aug-2009 03:38
This is where we are headed......we/you put him in charge of our rights.......this is just a small example in my opinion......keep photographing this mishap

What a nightmare! I wonder if City officials have any idea about what is going on here? I bet these guy could be in jeopardy of loosing their business license.

I wonder if their fire insurance is paid up? Dang, that place is an environmental nightmare! Kinda makes you wonder how well they take care of the truck you put your life/safety trust into.
