Jiuzhaigou is a beautiful valley in Northern Sichuan in an area inhabited by the Aba Tibetan people.
As well as the scenery, there are also productions of Tibetan music and dance in local hotels.
Nice images. I was the only Westerner in this town during my trip in 2008. The "Tibetan" actors had Beijing accents. During the slide show of Tibetan scenery, they had several unmistakable shots from the American Tetons. At the very end, the announcer said "Thank you Chairman Mao for freeing Tibet", and everyone in the audience immediately jumped to their feet with a thunderous standing ovation. It was a very educational experience. V
