Great capture. I, too, would have missed it if you hadn't pointed it out. It looks like the wave has swallowed the surfer, demonstrating the awesome, to be respected, power of nature.

If not for our caption, he is so well camouflaged, he would go unnoticed. Your verbal context makes it incongruous.
