You fooled Christine and you fooled me. I was sure it was a person at first until I looked closer. Spectacular incongruity given the miserable weather and the beautiful flowers, too.

Very nice and interesting picture. At first, I thought it was a black man honoured by his people with flowers, but wondered why they would do it under such rain - which you captured very well - until I realized it was a statue! The effect is stronger because you chose to get a profile shot . Voted. Christine
