How interesting. I don't know what happened to Eric, but he certainly did adapt to his environment. The smoke from the chimney, however, might have givin him away. I wonder how common these structures were.

Suited to the landscape, and certainly blends in, but do they have to mow the roof??? We should have some of these in the Bay Area! :>)

Primitive but significant -- a burrow of sorts, so suited to this isolated, often frigid landscape.
