another possible title could be "Do you hear what I hear?" I love the playful look of the child next to the monstrously sized ear of the baby sculpture, posed as if trying to hear what the sculpture hears!
"Listen up," might be another title. You abstract the sculpture, so as to better contrast the incongruous size relationship of the sculptured ear and the child's ear.
