This is incredible, Tim. The cloud looks like the profile of a face with a dramatic god-ray (interesting name) emerging from its mouth. Whose profile this is, if indeed it is a profile, and what this image is saying or, perhaps, not saying, depends on the viewer's spiritual orientation. Some food for thought!!
I can just hear you singing a bit of the Messiah here. A monumental cloud, great rim lighting, and magnificent god-rays. All we need to complete it would be Charlton Heston on that hill, holding the Ten Commandments.
