I like the space between the plane and rainbow -- it is as if they exist in separate worlds. In my own version of this scene athttp://www.pbase.com/image/97662133, I edited the image so that the plane ducks just below the rainbow to link the work of man to the work of nature. It is the closing shot in my "Man and Nature" gallery, and I offered my viewers full disclosure regarding the use of Photoshop in that image. You play it straight here and tell an entirely different story as a result.
