Where did I see this one before? It must have been a candidate for one of your displays. It is amazing -- the hand of man meets the hands of nature. The way the snow abstracts the church and the trees around it is magical, while the tree that divides the image in half removes the image from the greeting card cliche and offers instead a challenging symbol. For me, the eye always comes back to the barren tree. It adds a layer of dimension to the image, and also symbolically refers to lost faith, which in turn is juxtaposed upon living faith. Yes, I say it again. An amazing image.
