In a way, this image reminds me of the photographs made of Mussolini and his mistress covered in blood and hanging upside down at a gas station in Milan after they were executed by Communist partisans in April, 1945. Only instead 0f blood, the body of Son Sen here is covered in angry words, and his face is turned into a clown's mask.
