As with an earlier image and the few surrounding this one, you aptly capture the efforts of the Vietnamese workers. I recognize the fact that we see both men and women engaging in hard labor, another statement about the economy of the country.

Your vantage point makes this picture come to life, Tim. Your frontal position forces the viewer to actively engage the subject instead of passively considering it. She engages us. We feel her effort and wonder
