Since there are drains and bolts where a back wall or roof was attached, this seems to be the outbound side of the Barmouth station, with a driveway up to West Laurel Hill a bit behind it and a train platform in front. There's a sign for West Laurel Hill Cemetery cut in the granite wall off to one side that divides the cemetery from the railroad.
