On this cool (67 degrees F) morning, drove from Lake Frederick to Dickey Ridge on the Skyline Drive just south of Front Royal to do some late morning birding.
On 10 June, discovered a pair of these flycatchers building this nest right in the picnic area. This must be the female sitting on eggs.
