Came in to our backyard sunflower seed feeders with a flock of American Goldfinch. We have the goldfinches every day, but this is our 1st sighting of an Evening Grosbeak.
I managed to fetch my camera and got three quick shots off before our local Cooper's perched somewhere in the trees that border Lake Frederick and all my feeding birds vanished; including this female.
