Ironweed Wildflower

Lake Frederick, Virginia

This wildflower is all along the NW shoreline of Lake Frederick. I'm not a wildflower expert by any means, but I do think it's called Ironweed.

All I can tell you is that it is in the daisy family (Asteraceae) and it is pretty!
