"UnConditional Surrender"

Sarasota, Florida

We visited Sarasota, Florida and found this sculpture (by Seward Johnson) very near the waterfront.
The sculpture depicts Alfred Eisenstaedt's V-J day photograph taken in Time Square Aug 14, 1945.
I'd seen photos of this sculpture before and didn't realize its size, so I had Carol stand next to it.
If you have a large viewing screen, best viewed in 'original' size.
