2014 Chevy Cruze Turbo Diesel

Warrenton, Virginia

Best decision GM has made in years!
See: http://www.chevrolet.com/cruze-diesel-reveal.html
Unfortunately, the clean-burning diesel option for the Chevy Cruze only amounted to 2% of model sales.
Getting up to 44 mpg with this 2.0 liter commuter wasn't attractive enough to U.S. drivers and the diesel option was dropped in 2016.

Don,
Let me know after you have taken a test drive. I certainly like this clean diesel idea a WHOLE lot better than any related 'battery' operation. Automakers still aren't saying how long the batteries will last, what are the replacement costs, and of course, how to we dispense with new tech (batteries) that is environmentally harmful .... duh!
Plus, the costs to upgrade and install home electrical, "time" waiting on the road for someone else to charge, costs, etc.
Also like the design .... still perturbed about the GM reorg that killed lots of retirement plans. I know, get on with life though and this looks like a much better product.
