Note the very short tail developing! 1st Fall youngster.
These guys are very "chatty" - constantly verbal.
I consider this photo to be one-of-my-best-shots!

Beautiful shot Don! Love the way its framed on the left side with the branch, leaves and berries. The out of focus portion below your subject visually acts as part of the frame to my eye's perspective. Both of these elements in your composition just directs and focuses one's eye to your Vireo exhibiting an interesting pose, wonderful coloring captured and sharpness that makes you feel its being viewed in real life. Fantastic capture! Enjoyed viewing!!
