Impressionistic Impression?

Tried to be creative with a not-so-sharp image that had a lot of noise due to hi ISO.
Any other ideas? BTW, I printed it 8x10 and it looks cool to me.

Very fascinating work, Christy. I tried to use 3200 asa B & W film to get an impressionistic picture, but did not succeed. You have done a good job, Christy. Datta.
