Ok ya got me.
This is very recent and done with the Max 9 on Kodak Max 400 exposed at EI 200 just for fun to see if there would be any interesting color shifts which there were - notably a touch of pink in the highlights.
The only mis-conception is that they are not standing on a building but a rock on Garret Mt. a county park over looking the city of Paterson NJ.

At first I thought maybe Duke because they might be standing on a rocky hilltop and Duke is from WV, but then I looked closer and I think they are standing on a building top. So, I am going to guess someone more east coasty, Vince.
