I met Clemmie on one of his rides on I95. It was fun meeting another minoltian. Christy

Thanks for the invite Christy, I usually go I87 to I84 to the Taconic to NY23 to NY22 to the Mass Tpk to I91 then turn off at Brattelboro Vt and some back NH roads to Bennington NH
I could just take I84 accross Ct. to I91 but I can't stand I84 and always hit a snafu around Hartford.
More info than you need but maybe one of these times I'll head up 95 and take you up on din - I've never met a Minoltian in person and I think it would be a real hoot to do so.
Has any Minoltian ever met another M in person? Do you guys, like me, have these whole imaginary constructs of our virtual pals, hear in the mind's ear the voice and see in te mind's eye the mannerisms etc. that go to make up the personality of a guy/gal?
Just wondern'

Hi Vince,
If you and Ms. Janet find yourselves traveling through CT on I95, let me know and maybe we can do DINER!!! Christy

Thanks C.& R,
As Clemmie could have told us all, the most important ingrediant in a successful long distance relationship is a good set of tires. My goal is to break the 5 hour barrier from central NJ to SE NH. buffeting, buffeting, clunk, sputter, crash etc.

Vince,

No wonder you have been so distracted lately. A lovely portrait, but then you started with a lovely subject.

Thanks Christy,

I loved the way Janet's blue glasses looked in the bright New Hampshire sunshine so when I got the pic ready for the net I gave the overall picture a smidge more saturation and the blue shades a tad more than a smidge to get across what I saw in person. I almost always mess to some degree with every picture in PS but I mostly try to keep within what I could do if I were in the darkroom in the old days.

Vince

PS
I actually did some shooting with my Max 9 on that trip and will have some pix up shortly. film, what's that????????
