I really like this shot. and I, like Robin, am happy someone thought I might have done it.
One of the things I like about it is that I would not do this shot this way so it's one of those, "why didn't I think of that", moments.

I wouldn't worry about the hinges Michael. What makes this such a great shot for me is the perfect dark frame and nice grey tones beyond the door, it really give this the impression of a door that opens onto the side of a building or something. You know a step into the infinite.

Great shot Michael E. It is kind of spooky and suspenseful. What is out there in the hall???? Christy

Well I will fess up, one of the fisrt shots with the 7D. I was not at all happy with it because of the blur in the door hinge's ( forgot that the thing had anti shake DAH)
Glad that you guys liked it and thanks.

Hi,

It is not me. This is a great shot. I wish I could have taken this.

Datta.

Duke,

First Thanks, this is a great shot so I'm honored you think I could have taken it. Secondly, as you can tell from the first statement, I did not take this great shot.

I think Robin's trying to throw us off by posting the first guess. :)

But if it's not him- I go with Vince.

I register Datta as well! He is probably trying to throw us off. Fantastic work regardless!

The shot is just a little higher contrast than Datta normally goes, but the lines and geometric shapes surely do remind me of his work. Datta, is this yours?
