Yea Clemmie, He survived with a whole bunch of external bumps and scratches, but He did walk away. He stalled out just above this spot and fell straight down into this nose plant. Like they say about pilots and crashes. "theres them that have and them that will" At least thats what they say in Alaska

OUCH!!!! Well, that's one Cessna that will flap its wings no more - though I'd bet every salvageable piece gets reused on other planes in bush operations. Looks like the pilot did a nice job of managing a survivable crash...especially considering the alternative possibilities.
